Fringe is a X-Files rip off done with better production values (but the writing is seriously below par). The main theme is as bad as some of the writing, but I decided to write a better main theme.

I was approached to write some music for some Kansas City Art Institute students’ films. Out of several films “Typhon’s Wake” looked the most promising. Brandon, Casey and Andy did a fantastic job. The story is tight and well constructed, the animation great, and the overall product is enjoyable. I recruited Hank to handle some last minute sound design.

WSWIG HTML editors have come a long ways but I want a way to manage the content without having to redesign the page every effing time I added a post. There were several contenders: WordPress, RapidWeaver, Blogspot, or a custom HTML page (which leads back to DreamWeaver or hand-coding). After years of hand-coding my site and fiddling with RapidWeaver, WordPress fit all of my needs — extensible themes, an extensive content management system, media management, and simple web interface that works on nearly every browser. Hats off to you guys, it really gives desktop based solutions a run for their money…especially since WordPress is practically free.
